Iedere factuur die niet binnen de gestelde termijn betaald wordt zal onmiddellijk een verwijlintrest opbrengen van 12%. Deze intrest zal automatisch verschuldigd zijn, zonder voorafgaande aanmaning en dit in uitdrukkelijke afwijking van artikel 1054 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek. Tot dekking van de administratieve, financi\u00eble en organisatorische kosten veroorzaakt door de laattijdigheid der betaling zal de koper bovendien een forfaitaire verhoging verschuldigd zijn van 10% van het bedrag der factuur, met een minimum van 30,00 euro per factuur. Deze bepaling geldt als dading tussen de partijen.<br \/>\nWij behouden ons het recht voor, verdere leveringen Ie schorsen, wanneer de-koper vorige facturen niet regelmatig betaald zou hebben. Geen enkele klacht aangaande dee kwaliteit en de hoeveelheid der goederen wordt nog aanvaard 48 uren na ontvangst.<br \/>\nAl onze commerci\u00eble overeenkomsten worden geacht te zijn afgesloten in onze burelen, waarvan het adres voorkomt op deze factuur. Al onze zendingen gebeuren voor rekening en risico van de bestemmeling.<br \/>\nDe handelszaak Livwell bvba behoudt de eigendomsrechten der goederen tot na volledige betaling van deze laatste . Alleen door het feit dat hij met ons een contract sluit, betuigt de klant zijn instemming, zonder enig voorbehoud met deze algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden, met uitsluiting van zijn eigen algemene voorwaarden.<br \/>\nLivwell bvba behoudt zich ten allen tijde het recht voor de minimale besteleenheid te leveren, bij afwijking hiervan op de bestelbon van de klant.<br \/>\nLivwell bvba aanvaardt geen enkele schadevergoeding geeist door de klant, vanwege foutieve le vering of vanwege beschadigde goederen.<br \/>\nIn geval van betwisting zijn alleen de rechtbanken van de plaats van onze bedrijfszetel bevoegd.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our company is situated in Flanders.
